Notes:  This song has an interesting performance history.  I went 
through the unique experience of being strangled by a shoestring 
guitar strap while performing this gem in Vina del Mar, Chile, in 
May 2004 at the 2004 International Society of Bayesian Analysis 
conference.   I then apparently performed the song at the
2nd International IMS/ISBA Joint Meetings in Bormio, Italy
(a.k.a., MCMSki) in January 2005.  I say "apparently"
because I didn't remember performing it at all - but Brad Carlin 
provided me with the compelling evidence.  I decided finally 
to commit the song to digital media.  Enjoy the results.
